I’m looking for someone who likes to design websites for the fun of it or at least just for practice… I have a website but have no idea how to get it going, so I would like a pro to help me with it.

l would like to design my own website .How do l go about it as l do not have the slightest idea about the creation of websites and the fancy pictures that go with it.l have experience in the design of plant graphics and after that simply use the runtime that usully goes with the software to get my realtime updates.

I bought a website URL and hosting from GoDaddy and also purchased Website Tonight [which I have been very unsuccessful in using.]

Are there any good website design programs that grant you a lot of flexibility and are not extremely pricey?
